A £50 deposit will be taken for all appointments. This deposit will be redeemed against the cost of any treatment provided. If you are unable to attend your appointment, providing you give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit.
At your first appointment you will need to complete a medical questionnaire form. This will be reviewed by our practitioner before your consultation begins.
During your consultation, we will aim to understand your desired goals and combine this with our expert knowledge in facial anatomy, products and provide an aesthetic assessment to develop a tailored treatment plan.
The consultation process will provide you with the opportunity to address any questions and concerns you may have. We will also help you understand the results that may be achieved, after care, follow up required and costs of initial and maintenance treatments.
Following your consultation, you will be provided with written information about your treatment. If you go ahead and book a treatment appointment, you will be provided with the written information again. We will talk you through your treatment, check there are no changes to your medical history and answer any questions you may have.
Once you are happy to proceed, we will ask you to sign a consent form.
Our clinic policy requires that for all treatments, we take before and after photos for all patients. These photos are stored confidentially within your medical file and will not be used or shared with anyone for any other purpose.
Importantly, your pre and post-treatment photos will also aid us in assessing the ongoing effectiveness of treatments and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.
If you are happy for us to use your treatment photos on our website, social media or for marketing purposes, we will take your consent prior to doing this. Only images prior approved by you will be used for the agreed purposes.
For all anti-wrinkle treatments, we do not perform same day treatments and you will be required to have a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber prior to arranging a treatment appointment.
For dermal filler treatments, again, we do not encourage treatment in the first consultation. This is to allow you time to understand the information provided to you and to ensure that you are not pressured to make a quick decision.
This policy is a part of our strong commitment to safety and ethics.
We will ensure you are provided with verbal and written information for post-treatment care. You are encouraged to contact us if you have any questions and we will stay in touch to check on your progress.
It is our clinic policy to provide all patients with a follow-up treatment review between 2 to 3 weeks following their treatment. This review will assess the results of the treatment delivered including doses and volumes of the products used. It is important that you do not delay your review appointment.
Following review, you may require a top up treatment to enhance results, particularly if you are new to that treatment. You will be advised accordingly about cost of additional product or services where applicable.
